in order to allow me to provide the best real estate services to my customers:
- Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) - demonstrates extensive knowledge of real estate
- Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) - emphasizes negotiation skills
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES - helps seniors transition from their current homes to retirement arrangements
- Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) - maximize the sellability of a property

I serve as a co-lead mentor to new agents, and I was chosen as th the Mentor of the Year in 2004 for the Watchung office. Currently, I co-chair the Community Service Committee of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors.
