Market Status
The current market in central New Jersey is hard on sellers and ok for buyers.
Banks are being very conservative when evaluating the value of a house, market
values have fallen about 5% and buyers are looking for lower prices. The good
news for sellers is that if you price your home reasonably, you will attract
